You may have recently noticed that OpenLoad and TheVideo.me links now ask you to complete a quick stream authorization process prior to being granted the ability to watch content they host. We have recently come to an agreement with both OpenLoad and TheVideo.me that will allow their reliable, high quality links to continue to function into the future within Kodi. All you need to do is visit their pairing pages from your web browser, on either your computer or mobile device, as long as they’re on the same internet connection as your Kodi device.
This pairing process was necessary in order to satisfy the management of both OpenLoad and TheVideo.me sources, since they can only generate money from advertising, which is necessary to keep their business afloat, if the end user actually visits their web site in their web browser from time to time. They cannot monetize their media through Kodi since ads aren’t displayed, and streaming HD content costs quite a bit. Before coming to this agreement, OpenLoad and TheVideo.me links were constantly broken as our developers were forced to play a game of cat and mouse with them.

Example 2: TheVideo.me Stream Authorization Message
Some people are too lazy to do it, but the two second stream authorization every few hours is no big deal, it gives you access to higher quality, reliable streams. All you need to do is whip out your mobile phone (make sure it’s on the same Wi-Fi as the Kodi device) and pair your connection, it’ll take less than ten seconds of your time.
