Install Kodi for Mac

It’s super easy to get Kodi started on your Mac computer, and the whole process takes less than 5 minutes. Some would say that it’s easier to install Kodi to your Mac than it would be to install Microsoft Office.

Step 1: Download the Kodi software package. Make sure you choose the right version depending on whether you’re running OSX or x86, newer computers are always OSX.

Step 6: Launch “Kodi” anytime you’d wish through your “Applications” menu.

If your computer isn’t allowing you to open applications from unknown developers, click on the little “Apple icon” at the top left corner of your screen, followed by “System Preferences” then “Security & Privacy” and then “Unlock” the lock at the lower left corner of the window, then Toggle ON the “Anywhere” option under the “Allow apps downloaded from” field.

Step 7: You’ll probably want to use the Config Wizard or Addon Installer to configure your Kodi setup with the add-ons and goodies you want and need.

Congratulations! You’ve now installed Kodi for Mac, what’s next?
