Did you want that 1Channel update quicker?

We’ve been hearing outcries about 1Channel not working over the past few days, and luckily there is already an update available, however it might take some time for you to get. You can get around this by installing the new 1Channel repository which provided faster updating. Please note that you’ll still get the update eventually if not, but it might just take little bit longer, there are also plans to automatically install the new repository in a future update to users of the old.

Note: If you ran the Config Wizard or used the Addon Installer to install 1Channel within the last month you’ll already have the new repository.

Required: 1Channel Addon & Fusion Installer

Step 1: Navigate to the “Settings” tab under the “SYSTEM” menu heading.

Step 7: Just wait a few minutes and your current addon will update through the new repository on its own. You might want to reboot your device to initiate the update process even sooner.

Congratulations! You’ve got the new 1Channel repository now. In case you weren’t aware, about six months ago 1Channel development was handed down to tknorris by bstrdsmkr who was the original developer. Let’s all give a round of applause for his hard work, feel free to visit our Forums to say thanks or ask for help.
